Evuna is excited to be offering the job role of General Manager, in our knutsford branch, nestled in the heart of the Cheshire.

We are a growing independent boutique group of Spanish restaurant and tapas bars delivery fresh Spanish food in a premium but casual environment.

The Role of a GM:

Our General Managers are completely in charge of the branch, working with the Head Chef and reporting to the areas Manager your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the business and maintain our high standards set for over 18 years.

We want someone who understands what great customer service is. Who leads, motivates and engages their team to exceed our customer expectations, many whom return time after time so you will need to be able to build rapport. You will need to understand the importance of guest feedback, team development & communication, achieving sales targets & working with GP’s, and be very hands on – GM’s are expected to do everything within their branch but in return we promise you a great career.

Experience:
management: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary:

£26,000-£32,000 per year.

Plus share on ‘tips’ via the TRONC system.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the Spanish Team at Knutsford Headed up by Head Chef Gustavo Serrano from Andalucia.

A Fantastic opportunity to work with Gustavo who has achieved not one, but two bachelor degrees as a Master chef at Lebrija University and Barcelona university for Contemporary High Cuisine.

His Career spans more than 20 years working with Michelin Star Chefs such as Dani Garcia, Joan Roca, Diego Guerra, David Munoz and his most recent post was Executive Head Chef at for Comoran Restaurant group in Santander – owned by Chef Sergi Arola
(two Michelin Stars).

The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will:

Have experience as a Demi Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie in quality establishments from around the world

Have a real passion and interest in using the very best available ingredients, and of course a passion for Spanish food

Be exceptionally organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Be enthusiastic, have an eye for detail and fantastic knife skills

Have accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

A passion for team and personal development.

In return, for both job roles, along with a great salary you will pick up in excess of £5000 tips per year via the tronc system and will have an average working week of 45 hours.
O/T is paid when you cover holidays.
